Technology is the instrument. People are the point.
The HR Tech Awards 2026 recognise organisations and individuals using technology to improve work, strengthen organisational performance and create better outcomes for people.
Presented as part of the Malaysia HR Tech & Innovation Conference 2026, the Awards celebrate initiatives that go beyond technology implementation. Winning entries must demonstrate meaningful adoption, measurable results and the responsible use of technology—with people remaining at the heart of every transformation.

Purpose of the Awards
The HR Tech Awards 2026 aim to encourage Malaysian SMEs to use technology to strengthen their people, productivity and growth

Why These Awards Matter?
These Awards recognise what truly matters: solving real workplace problems, achieving genuine employee adoption, producing verifiable results and using technology responsibly.
